Reporting to the Director Technical Services Support, the technology specialist supports the team’s efforts to expand its use of new platforms (primarily “WISP”), connected automation efforts and completes numerous projects that span multiple IT-related efforts. This position primarily manages and supports the implementation of WISP for the team. WISP is an internal tool that our Service Technicians uses to develop service reports, installation reports, order parts, track parts orders, and scheduling upgrades, rebuilds, and major service work for multiple customers.
The position requires strong database and application management as well as technical skills to coordinate different disciplines within the Service & Installation department. Primarily, the prospective candidate should have the ability to manage several projects that span multiple engineering disciplines. We will consider candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years’ IT/database experience and will provide development to prepare the candidate to move into roles of greater responsibility within the Service & Installation department.

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline desired (but not necessary).
