What Billing Services contributes to Cardinal Health 

Customer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing. Acts as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Serves as subject matter expert for billing support and inquiries. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment.

Responsibilities:

Work with internal/external customers and carriers to root cause issuesProvide support for the implementation of new customersLeads projects focused on: aged volume reduction, process improvement, reduction of manual work, and overall improvement in customer satisfactionWork independently to assess problems and provide potential solutionsAssists in the training of new hiresProvide support and guidance to other analysts in complex situationsPerforms weekly audits to ensure accuracy prior to invoicing

Qualifications: 

Bachelors degree preferred 2-4 years experience preferred Transportation or Carrier experience highly desired Analytical Background Strong communication skillsExcel and/or SQL experience preferred
