Sr. Analyst, Pro Pricing

Position Purpose:

The Sr. Analyst, Pro Pricing will perform the execution of Pro Pricing Strategies, support the efforts to provide subject matter expertise, project management, and analytical support to the development of Pro Pricing Strategies. The Sr. Analyst will manage the operations of a Pro Pricing lever, perform analysis of data, build presentations, and will solve business questions using their insights, analytics, and judgement. The Sr. Analyst will work with cross functional partners, including Merchants, Pricing Managers, Product Management, and others to ensure end to end thinking on strategy and execution. The Sr. Analyst will also support merchants directly by helping them understand their business, test pricing strategies, and helping them achieve their objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

50% Become the subject matter expert on a specific segment of Pro Pricing Strategy. Design, implement, and measure Pro Pricing Strategy actions, and utilize learnings to help reach financial objectives.20% Develop and maintain standard report and tools to help measure, monitor and validate Pro Pricing Strategy levers.10% Work across the organization and leverage cross functional teams to provide expert, in-depth analytical support.20% Develop and deliver influential presentations that summarize complex analyses and drive effective business decisions.

This position reports to Manager.This position has 0 direct reports.


Travel Requirements:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.


Working Conditions:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Master's degree in Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Finance or other quantitative subjectUnderstanding of pricing and statisticsInnate intellectual curiosity
