Target Range:

$95,000.00/Yr. - $135,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Responsible for maintaining and growing expertise in strategic areas and building partnerships and relationships with senior leaders and fellow analysts across the Bank.  Owns a series of strategic and technical routines and outputs within finance, treasury, or accounting spaces. Possesses expertise within a select number areas tied to corporate finance decisions, forecasting, modeling of financial statements, variance analysis and more.  Expected to coach/mentor and scope complex tasks and projects for less experienced analysts.

Responsibilities:

Hands-on computation of SEC 15c3-3 Customer Reserve formula

Hands-on preparation of monthly FOCUS reports (including the form X-17A-5 Part II, Supplemental Statement of Income (SSOI), Supplemental Liquidity Schedule (SLS), and Form Custody for Broker Dealers, and SEC 17H reports)

Prepare SEC 15c3-1 Net Capital Calculation

Assist with FINRA regulatory inquiries and exams

Interaction with Auditors regarding regulatory reporting area

Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance, business degree

4+ years' experience in broker dealer regulatory reporting

Series 27 license, or willingness to obtain

Preference for working out of our Omaha office, or willing to occasionally travel to Omaha office

Strong analytical, decision-making, oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Preferred:

Experience with Oracle General Ledger

Experience with Beta Clearing System

Experience in securities industry accounting and reporting functions, including familiarity with FINRA and SEC rules and regulations preferred
