Diners can discover the amazing world of restaurants thanks to our content-rich website and innovative mobile app. Our diners and Card Members are insiders, and we love having them at the table. **ABOUT THE ROLE** : The American Express Global Dining Team, inclusive of Resy, is responsible for reimagining hospitality and redefining the way restaurants and diners connect through a single network. This includes defining and delivering a differentiated consumer and restaurant-led approach to dining benefits around the world and evolving this strategy to maintain a leadership position for American Express. The Card Member Marketing & Programming team, within the Resy Marketing organization, is responsible for setting the enterprise-wide loyalty vision which encompasses premium benefits as well as network value for American Express Card Members. We use our partnerships, marketing assets and tech capabilities to create a market-leading approach to loyalty that supports our Card Member’s passion for dining and supplies a demand network to our restaurant partners. This role will be responsible for supporting the go-to-market strategy and oversight of new Card Member dining benefits and membership experiences on behalf of Resy. This highly visible role with the opportunity to work across key team members including: Resy product, data, marketing, operational excellence and benefit management teams, as well as be the point of contact with Amex stakeholders and external partners, to ensure projects are delivered against timelines. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with a positive, can-do attitude and adaptability to change. **WHAT YOU'LL DO:** + Support the development and delivery of new dining benefits for card members + Project management for new dining experience go-to-market logistics, coordinating across supporting teams and partners + Manage timelines, budget and business unit and compliance approvals + Partner with Resy product team to enable proper delivery of benefits + Partner with marketing teams to promote experiences to drive awareness and fulfillment + Own reporting processes – manage key performance indicators, track and socialize results **WHO YOU ARE:** + 3-4 years of marketing and experiential programming experience, ideally in hospitality + Creative and customer-centric, with a passion for dining and innovation + Detail-oriented, ensuring flawless execution of projects + Self-motivated and able to work independently in dynamic environments + Strong problem-solver with a proactive mentality + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders **Qualifications** Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
