Your New Role:

As a Senior Analyst – AI Research and Innovation for one of the world’s largest Media & Entertainment companies, you will be part of a dynamic team leading the charge in pioneering AI-driven solutions that transform the way content is created, distributed, and consumed. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation across various facets of the business.

You will play a key role in identifying emerging AI technologies, conducting in-depth research, and developing innovative solutions that align with business objectives. Your work will directly impact how audiences engage with content, enhancing personalization, efficiency, and scalability in a creative, fast-paced industry. AI Research and Development

Conduct research on cutting-edge AI technologies, methodologies, and tools to address real-world business challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive innovation and improve efficiency.Prototype and experiment with AI/ML models to validate hypotheses and demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging AI capabilities, evaluating their applicability to the media and entertainment landscape.Publish findings in internal and external forums, contributing to the organization’s thought leadership in AI.

2. Innovation and Solution Design

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose innovative AI-driven solutions.Develop algorithms and models for various applications, including content personalization, recommendation engines, and natural language processing.Optimize existing AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research outputs into deployable AI products and services.Explore and integrate advanced techniques such as generative AI, reinforcement learning, and deep learning into business solutions.

3. Data Analysis and Insights

Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive decision-making and support AI initiatives.Leverage data visualization techniques to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations in all research activities.Develop and maintain performance metrics for AI models to assess their business impact.Partner with data engineering teams to build and refine data pipelines for AI experimentation.

4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with global teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business leaders.Act as a bridge between research and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of AI projects.Communicate research outcomes and project updates to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Represent the company at industry conferences, academic institutions, and AI research forums.Build relationships with external partners, startups, and academic institutions to foster innovation.

5. AI Ethics and Responsible Use

Advocate for the ethical and responsible use of AI across all projects, ensuring adherence to the company’s AI governance policies.Identify and mitigate risks related to AI bias, fairness, and transparency.Promote explainability and interpretability of AI models for stakeholders and end-users.Ensure compliance with global AI and data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.Support initiatives to build trust in AI systems among users and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experiences:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.Certifications in AI/ML Ops, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or DevOps are highly desirable.5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML research and development, with a focus on innovation and solution delivery.Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Java).Expertise in data manipulation, preprocessing, and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.Proficiency in deploying AI solutions at scale using CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
