Sr. Analyst - Business Analysis (Part Time)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
- Lead and implement the design, analysis, interpretation and evaluation of a variety of reports, internal/external resource documents and surveys
- Publish results for utilization by internal and external clients, as appropriate
- Work with relational database management systems (MS SQL Server) and analytical processing systems; ensure data accuracy and validate all data collection methods used in reporting projects
- Recommend establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
- Evaluate data quality, applications and functions, produce output and maintain reporting operations and documentation
- Research new data sources and analytical tools
- Contribute to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation
- Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements, developing business processes and providing production support to the operation
- Communicate status, risks and issues to senior management and/or the client as appropriate
- Analyze existing systems, programs, policies and organizational processes and recommend enhancements and improved solutions
- Manage efficient execution of business meetings with internal project staff, client staff and/or project vendors
- Document best practices and continuously measures outcomes for desired results
- Work effectively with internal and external business partners in the delivery of solutions
- Ensure all business requirements and business processes are adequately documented
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements  
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems
- Work requires considerable judgment and initiative
- Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization - Mental health experience highly preferred- Knowledge of clinical terminology preferred- Familiarity with EMR and EMR systems (especially Epic) preferred- Experience working with SharePoint and Smartsheet preferred
