Sr. Analyst - Digital Commerce Web Analytics
Job Summary:

Works cross-functionally to serve as a subject matter expert in reporting, tools and analytics associated with the Walgreens.com customer funnel.  The Sr. Analyst will analyze metrics including but not limited to: traffic patterns, funnel conversion, content and product performance, AB testing results, and synthesize quantitative data to drive business results and improve the customer experience.  This position will help translate customer funnel data to estimated financial impact.  Additionally, this position would lead data sharing and dashboard creation to stakeholders of varying levels and expertise across the company.

Job Responsibilities:Uses customer funnel data and web analytics to create business cases and measure success for business activities to support Digital Transformation roadmapResponsible for delivering analytical insights that drive Walgreens.com Retail performance KPIsReviews reports and metrics to identify opportunities to grow and optimize results. Monitors performance against objectives, uncovers root causes, and provides actionable insights and recommendations.Creates dashboards and scorecards to assist stakeholders in monitoring the digital businessMeasures efficacy of website testing and targeting activities through customer funnel analysisSupports presentation of deliverables and analyses to key internal stakeholdersContributes to best practices, methodology and tools and seeks to improve deliverables in order to maintain alignment with business needs.Collaborates cross-functionally to accomplish activities. Interacts with internal and external peers and makes tactical and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders based on historical data and/or current trends.About Walgreens
