Sr. Analyst Global Mobility
**Our Global Support Center/ Corporate Office is located in the Energy Corridor- off I10 and N Eldridge.** **Address:** **_1390 Enclave Pkwy, Houston, TX 77077_** **Hybrid Role: In-office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Work from home on Thursday and Friday.** **JOB SUMMARY** The Senior Analyst Global Mobility supports the management of Sysco’s global mobility program, including international and cross-border assignments, international relocations, frequent international business travelers, and immigration. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Business Leaders and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a seamless and positive international assignment and/or relocation experience. The role is responsible for ensuring a high level of service with a key focus on the colleague experience while keeping an eye on cost control. This role is responsible for program compliance and third party oversight. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Manage the global mobility program, including expatriate assignments, short-term assignments, and relocation services. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, and finance teams, as well as external vendors and service providers. + Provide guidance and support to employees and their families regarding relocation processes, immigration requirements, and cultural integration. + Coordinate Sysco’s tax equalization program including coordination of hypotax withholding for international assignments, compliance with overseas taxing authorities, tracking and coordination of tax equalization results to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation, and coordination with global payroll team members on shadow payroll reporting. + Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation packages and benefits for international assignments. + Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to immigration, taxation, and employment for expatriates. + Assist in developing and updating global mobility policies and procedures to enhance program effectiveness and employee experience. + Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for international hires. + Monitor and report on global mobility trends and metrics, providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. + Evaluate and coordinate day-to-day interactions with a complex set of suppliers/vendors to ensure a smooth experience for our colleagues. Work may include evaluation of customer feedback, vendor audits, and performance reviews. Vendor services may include tax preparation services, immigration services, relocation, home sale/purchase, household goods move, corporate housing, and cultural awareness trainers. **ABILITIES AND SKILLS:** + High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. + A strategic mindset with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to driving results and delivering value. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across diverse cultures. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations. **REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:** + 4+ years of progressive experience in international assignment support, global relocation administration, and/or global immigration. **REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:** + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or similar field. Relevant certification (e.g., GPHR) preferred. **CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL SKILLS:** To be successful in this position, the individual performing the duties must successfully demonstrate the following competencies: + Strong knowledge of immigration processes, tax implications, and global mobility best practices. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with global mobility software is a plus. + Experience with Workday is highly desirable. + Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** Remote if you do not reside in Houston.
