**Who we’re looking for**
Toyota’s Vehicle Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Vehicles Services Systems and Projects Sr. Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work with internal customers (including TMNA, NAM’s, regions, etc.) and corporate partners to administer and manage the multi-state Vehicle Services programs– specifically as it pertains to the ordering, contracting, inventory management, vehicle delivery systems, and vehicle purchase benefit tool.
**What you’ll be doing**
Managing Vehicle Services Lease Vehicle Systems
+ Oversee / Manage all aspects related to the information systems necessary to administer the Vehicle Services programs available to eligible Toyota TMs
+ Maintain and improve the eVehicle ordering system for TM lease vehicles and its communication with the Toyota vehicle ordering system
+ Serve as the Vehicle Services point of contact for any inquiries from other organizations regarding system related changes to the TM lease vehicle program
+ Oversee and be the liaison with Toyota Financial Services regarding the Alpha lease contract system for the contracts executed between TFS and TM lease vehicle participants
+ Maintain and update all Vehicle Services policies by working with HR and posting to the appropriate locations for TMs to access
+ Oversee and continually improve the systems administering the employee vehicle VTO purchase benefit programs (Vehicle Special Purchase Program, T-Drive Discount, OVR-Drive Discount, etc)
+ Maintain and evaluate all dealer agreements throughout the US for dealerships participating in or applying to participate in the employee benefit programs
+ Systems include eVehicle, NVS ordering system, TFS Alpha, VTO, MyVehicle Reservation, MyVehicle Service, and Penske eGAMs vehicle database systems
+ Work collaboratively with Penske systems and internal Toyota IS to assure proper communication and coordination of systems supporting the TM Lease Vehicle program
Leadership
+ Work with a team of IT contract professionals in the development, improvement, and maintenance of all Vehicle Services systems and assure they are operating correctly with other systems.
(example of other systems is TFS lease contracting system, ordering system, etc.)
+ Lead the development and improvement of Vehicle Services systems interaction with the vehicle database system utilized to manage all TM lease vehicles
+ Deliver training and change management that supports the launch or implementation of strategic projects and kaizen.
+ Develop and implement KPIs to support operational standards and improvements.
Managing processes
+ Create and maintain system operations.
+ Continually strive to improve section standards, processes and systems.
+ Possess ability to communicate and present to multiple levels of management within multiple organizations within the company (e.g. Vice President, Group Manager, and Team Member).
Resolving problems.
+ Practice process improvement techniques to re-engineer and build in quality and a high level of customer service.
+ Approach problems with Toyota Business Practice mindset, identify root cause and implement systemic, sustainable countermeasures.
+ Strong background and ability in information systems to support development and creation of business systems supporting the lease vehicle program.
**What you bring**
+ Strong experience in supporting and developing information systems to support business requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems or relative experience.
+ Strong collaboration and proven teamwork skills
+ Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to present to multiple levels of management within organization
+ Proven ability to effectively solve problems in the workplace
+ Excellent and proven customer service skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Experience leading groups and individuals daily in project-related activities
