**Job Summary**
The Analytics Engineer will be a key contributor to the Wireless Solutions and Connectivity Engineering team, responsible for designing and implementing robust analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role combines expertise in data engineering, ETL pipeline management, solution architecture, and data visualization to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background, coupled with hands-on experience in data science methodologies.
The Analytics Engineer will demonstrate the ability to design scalable data solutions, manage cross-functional projects, and effectively communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders. A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a master’s degree in a relevant field.
**Job Description**
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable ETL pipelines to ingest and process large datasets from diverse sources.
+ Optimize data workflows for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
+ Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices.
+ Solution Architecture
+ Design and implement data solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data models, storage strategies, and integration frameworks.
+ Develop robust documentation for system designs and processes.
+ Build and manage data infrastructures, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
+ Implement data quality frameworks to ensure clean, consistent, and usable data.
+ Partner with stakeholders to define and implement advanced analytics capabilities.
+ Data Visualization
+ Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights.
+ Work with stakeholders to design visual outputs that support business decision-making.
+ Maintain visualization tools, ensuring updates reflect the latest data trends.
+ Develop predictive and prescriptive models to solve complex business challenges.
+ Use advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets.
+ Present insights and recommendations in clear, actionable formats.
+ Work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to define and deliver analytics solutions.
+ Act as a subject matter expert on data-driven decision-making processes.
+ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
**What you’ll need:**
+ A Master’s degree (or above) in an analytics field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.) is strongly preferred
+ 3+ years of experience of leading machine learning or predictive projects to meet the customers’ business requirements or related leadership of technical teams
+ 5+ years experience using machine learning techniques or advanced analytics techniques as a data scientist or engineer
+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects with successful, measurably impactful deliveries
+ Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Strong understanding of cloud platforms and modern data architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
