This role includes analyzing the system and spend, training users, addressing issues, and promoting toolset utilization. Ariba experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills for collaboration with Ariba support and PVH internal teams. **What You'll Do:** + Assist users with Ariba system navigation, order placements, receipt handling and status checks + Collaborate with and respond to inquiries from collaborators and suppliers + Facilitate daily operational activities including clearing approval documents such as requisitions, POs, invoices, and receipts + Foster relationships with internal collaborators to gain insights into business requirements. + Collaborate with cross functional teams + Analyze opportunities and develop strategies to increase system usage and adoption + Assist Ariba Manager with testing to support projects + Encourage supplier participation by providing trainings, sharing standard methodologies, and encouraging suppliers to conduct electronic transactions via the Ariba Network. + Validate and maintain user and supplier databases, manage audit logs, complete scheduled tasks. + Provide regular reports on expenditure analysis and operational performance metrics to the management team. + Maintain supplier catalogs with procurement managers to ensure accurate products and pricing **What You'll Bring:** + Experience: Entry Level + Education: College Degree or equivalent experience required + Excellent written and oral communication skills required. + Attention to detail + Self-motivated + Knowledge of PC skills preferred (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). \#LI-BC10 \#LI-Hybrid **Your Wellbeing is Our Priority** At PVH, we offer competitive, cost-effective, and comprehensive benefit packages.
