Responsibilities:

Provide systems engineering support to the client's enterprise and commercial customers Partner with multiple organizations to understand pain points and conduct whiteboard network architectural reviews in addition to conducting Grist product networking solutions, Cloud Grade Routing and Cloud Vision (Network Automation) platform Architect, design, and propose Arista Data Center & Campus network solutions using spine-leaf architectures (VxLAN, EVPN) and network overlays Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, Data Center and/or Campus network designs, and network deployments using new products and features Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they support.

Qualifications:

MUST be an Arista SME with very good large scope knowledge and experience in multiple Arista deployments. Candidates MUST have several years of hands-on Arista experience. Cisco experience is not enough. Please do not submit candidates that do not have years of Arista experience. Experience with several Arista migrations is highly desired. This is a very technical role, and the client interview will be very technical. Please make sure each candidate can speak about his/her experience at a technical level and not just high level. MUST have experience working in large scale spine/leaf environments MUST have recent and up to date Arista infrastructure knowledge (CloudVision and other specific Arista GUI tools). MUST have experience in CloudVision BS/CS/CE technical degree Minimum of 7-years networking experience Possess in-depth experience in routing and switching including the architecture, design and deployment of enterprise data center and/or campus-based networks. Experience with routing and switching including L2/L3 protocols Recent Experience in Leaf-Spine architecture design Understanding of Arista product solutions such as Cloud Grade Routing and Cloud Vision platform

Very Desirable: Hold Arista certifications Be able to take an Arista deployment project from 0 to 100% with little to no technical supervision. Be familiar and comfortable with performing knowledge transfer to engineers coming from the traditional networking side of things (classic routing and switching). Be able to translate project requirements into technical execution items and bridge plain English requests to technical tasks
