**About the role**
The Americas Analytics Sr. Associate role is responsible for the execution of Analytics & Risk Measurement team responsibilities. This individual will focus on the project management and execution of specific analysis responsibilities at an advanced skill level and lead specialized areas of expertise within the team.
**What you will do**
+ Review performance calculations and portfolio attribution analysis.
+ Collaborate globally with regional analytics teams and oversee data flow from internal and external providers.
+ Manage clean hierarchical databases to ensure error free performance data and investment team reports delivered on time.
+ Monitor and maintain industry and custom benchmarks. Expert understanding of benchmark composition and methodology.
+ Provide expert understanding of the region/asset class's data structure and ability to view/ review/ amend/ analyze the data accordingly.
+ Review and approve analytical data for marketing material development including presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and general consultant due diligence.
+ Design process and workflow improvements through interactive dialogue with other internal teams.
+ Facilitate dynamic interactions with investment team in developing new models and reporting.
+ Complete calculations and construction in accordance with the Firm's policies.
+ Be an active and proactive SME in Data Governance
+ Ensure completion of all ad hoc data requests. Allocate to team members as appropriate.

**What you will need**
+ Bachelor’s degree in economics, real estate, business, or finance preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years working in analytics or econometrics.
+ Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate more complex figures and execute portfolio risk analysis.
+ Proven ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to execute projects with limited or indirect supervision. Ability to write reports and craft presentations with limited oversight.
+ Excellent command of written and spoken English.
+ Ability to be concise and articulate in communication of narrative. Ability to interrogate data and performance to draw conclusions. Ability to present or convey data effectively in spoken and written communication, Word, and presentation format.
+ Client-facing experience an advantage but not required.
+ Ability to communicate well in a team environment and work well across differing corporate and regional cultures.
+ Masters candidate, CIPM, CAIA, or CFA candidates preferred.
+ Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Python and automation experience is a plus.

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM’s applicable benefit program.
