**What You'll Do**
Do you love digital marketing and data?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join Principal! We're looking for a **Sr. Associate, Marketing Operations - Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)** to assist with the design, development, and implementation of digital marketing journeys. You'll work in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to build audiences, as well as technically implement customer engagements across channels in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud CDP is a plus. This is a highly collaborative and extremely detail-oriented role, with enterprise responsibility and a focus on the Business-to-Business (B2B) audience. You’ll configure, test, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns through the use, and coordination, of marketing automation technologies. Assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing methodologies, testing strategies, and trends for the enterprise will be a focus. This role will collaborate with peers on the Marketing Operations & Technology team using an agile marketing approach to solve problems and share information.

**Who You Are**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years marketing related work experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or another marketing automation platform.
+ Ability to configure, test, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns through the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
+ Working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript, joining multiple data sources and building segmentation.
+ Must be able to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication.
+ Ability to consult and collaborate with marketers on journey executions and optimizations.
+ Prefer candidates who have familiarity with email, push, SMS, social, programmatic, and digital marketing channels.
+ Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
+ Experience in financial services marketing is a plus.
+ Project management and organization skills are a plus.
+ Travel may be required.
**Salary Range Information**
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
**Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)**
$67500 - $147600 / year
**Time Off Program**
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

**Work Environment**
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
