Sr. Associate, Systems Engineer
Job Title: Sr Associate, Systems Engineering Job Code: 20667 Job Location: Greenville, TX (On-Site) Job Schedule: 1st Shift 9/80 Job Description: The Sr. Associate, Systems Engineer will be responsible for performing rigorous testing and analysis on software applications and RF systems to ensure compliance with military standards. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to address tactical communication system functional and performance issues effectively. The individual must be able to adapt to constantly changing priorities and assignments. Also, the Systems Engineer must be flexible enough to take on other duties as assigned. Essential Functions: + Conduct detailed testing and analysis of software applications and radio systems based on military standards documents. + Utilize technical and troubleshooting skills to investigate, diagnose, and resolve functional and performance issues within tactical communication systems. + Generate, review, and maintain technical documentation, including papers, calculations, and briefings. + Prepare and present comprehensive technical briefs to internal management teams, demonstrating findings and recommendations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and improvement of software applications. + Support configuration management efforts in the SIL. + Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance standards. + Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills. + Writing test reports. + Use of MS Office products. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) + Scripting and/or Coding. + Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. + Physical requirements: Some lifting in a Systems Integration Lab (SIL) environment. Lifting 30lbs. + Knowledge of systems engineering concepts, practices, and procedures. + Job Qualification Requirements: + Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years of prior Hands-on experience with testing, integrating, and verifying systems. + Graduate Degree with zero (0) to two (2) years of prior Hands-on experience with testing, integrating, and verifying systems. + In lieu of a degree, minimum of six (6) years of prior Hands-on experience with testing, integrating, and verifying systems. + Must be able to successfully obtain a Security+ Certification within the 1st year of employment. + Must have an active Secret clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret with SCI clearance. + Must be a US Citizen.
