As the Senior Associate Brand Manager – Salty Snacks, you will uncover opportunities to drive business growth through new product innovation across multiple premium snacking brands such as Cape Cod, Late July, and Snack Factory.

What you will do… 

Identify opportunity areas for growth in collaboration with Brand Marketing and Sales by effectively leveraging syndicated data, consumer research and competitive intelligence. 

Identify and plan a new product innovation pipeline that addresses consumer needs, drives incremental growth, and delivers against business strategies. 

Manage the commercialization of new breakthrough innovation projects to deliver commercially and financially viable best-in-class platforms. 

Lead an extensive cross-functional team to develop and commercialize new products and pack types. 

Conduct thorough analysis of business results and/or category trends and recommend appropriate courses of action.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have) 

Bachelor’s Degree required  

3+ years brand management and marketing experience 

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills 

Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data-driven insights (Circana / Nielsen experience) 

Ability to progress multiple projects with fast paced timelines and consistently deliver results  

Strong leadership ability, with demonstrated emotional intelligence, clear communication and excellent storytelling  

Ability to seamlessly navigate the details without losing focus on the big picture 

Resilience and creative problem solving 

Passion for consumer-led innovation 

 

It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have) 

MBA strongly preferred 

CPG brand innovation experience or experience with commercialization of line extensions / LTOs 

Food industry experience a big plus 

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$119,600-$171,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
