You will set the agenda for growth strategy in small format channels.
You will drive the execution of growth strategy in small format channels.
What you will do…
Work closely with the Director of Channels Marketing to identify channel-led growth strategies for the Campbell Snacks portfolio – with a focusing on Dollar, Convenience and Limited Assortment retailers.
Drive portfolio optimization, including the launch and scaling of new items across Small Format retailers to accelerate division growth.
Lead cross functional teams through the commercialization process of existing and future Small Format projects to deliver commercially and financially viable offerings.
Work closely with Sales Strategy and Brand teams to ensure demand forecast accuracy of Small Format items, adjusting as appropriate based on category, channel, and brand trends.
Own performance reporting for the channel, providing a monthly business review to key stakeholders with recommended actions to fuel growth across the portfolio.
Partner with Category Management and Sales Strategy to develop best in class selling materials to engage retailers on new offerings, focusing on the consumer need and category opportunity.
Provide strong leadership to create direction and inspire greatness with cross functional teams; a "can do" attitude will be necessary to overcome obstacles and motivate the team to deliver strong results.
Support the Director on development and prioritization of the 3-year innovation pipeline for Small Format to drive sustainable growth.

What you will bring to the table…
Bachelor’s Degree required.
3+ years experience in consumer brand management.
Strong experience with POS/Panel Data to inform strategy and decision-making across multiple functions to drive growth.
Proven track record of driving profitable growth from product innovation: concept to commercialization.
High caliber leadership – taking accountability, inspiring trust, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational alignment.
High level of curiosity about the marketplace, competitors, consumers, and product/ingredients.
Ability to easily maneuver between high-level strategic thinking and flawless execution.
Exceptional communication – clear and concise; recommending and influencing, storytelling and presenting.
Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.

MBA
CPG and/or food CPG experience
Previous Field Sales or Sales Strategy experience
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$119,600-$171,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
