As the Sr. Associate Continuous Improvement/IMEx, you will support the program by taking care of project governance, project reviews, communications, trainings, certifications and rewards. How You Will Achieve ItLeads standard work and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple work centers.
Provides technical expertise and operational support for manufacturing, packaging and inspection operations, with a focus on production processes.
Partners with shop floor colleagues and supervision to ensure standard work principles are implemented and guidelines are followed.
Lead cross-functional teams to sustain IMEx across the Site for Qualified PCTs (Leadership, Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, EHS, Engineering).
Identify and help implement cost savings ideas, specifically area efficiency improvements and other projects that increase equipment capacity
Analyze data from throughput stages of production to determine control over applicable variables
Own/facilitate the continuous improvement process by understanding the overall needs of the area and ensuring that the right projects are being escalated at the right time
Analyze the output of standard work initiatives and purpose changes to standard work based on the data.
Propose and facilitate continuous improvement of standard work
Conduct tests and measurements throughput stages of production to determine control over applicable variables
Lead Operational Excellence initiatives (i.e. Kanban, M1 investigations, GB certification, etc.)
Partner with shop floor colleagues, leadership and enablers to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are identified and completed in a timely manner
Lead cross-functional teams to sustain IMEx across the Site for Qualified PCTs
Supports above site visits
Execute and Coach PCTs on IHC/HC
Provides feedback on Standards and Guidebooks
Provides Monthly Status Updates
Supports Interim Health Checks, Health Checks & Maturity Assessments
Assures Ecosystem Maturity & Alignment with Standards
Maintain DOC usage in 80% of the Tier meetings improving the communication and cascade process
Improvements and sustainability of the Structured Gemba program by increasing the plan adherence and improve the efficiency of the coaching conversations and overall process
Partner with Site Leadership to focus on what really matters, protecting their time to confirm the key role activities. Usage of the Leadership Standard Work tool to assure 3 critical P’s activities are completed
Contribution to Cultural Change by empowering colleagues not only in IMEx journey but professional development for colleagues
Achieve Lean-Six-Sigma program (Site)
QualificationsMust-HaveApplicant must have HS Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a Master’s degree with more than one year of experience.
Knowledge of IMEx
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives across multiple work centers
Demostrated experience technical and operational support for manufacturing, packaging and inspection operations

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $130,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
