PM to manage a fast track mobile initiative for Small Business under DCTS. Should be aggressive and have ability to drive different teams under matrix environment to deliver in a time boxed project. On top of solid PM background the person should have experience with agile and/or lean project mgmt methodologies. Experience with Mobile will be a plus but not necessarily mandatory.
