Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 5 to 9 years of experience in AEM support engineering AEM system engineering AEM frontend AEM backend and AEM authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-Commerce and Online/Digital Marketing. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components templates and workflows.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other systems and platforms.Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM applications through effective architecture and coding practices.Develop and maintain AEM frontend and backend functionalities to enhance user experience.Author and manage AEM content to support marketing and e-Commerce initiatives.Implement best practices for AEM development including code reviews and testing.Monitor and optimize AEM system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.Stay updated with the latest AEM trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all AEM implementations.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.Demonstrate strong domain expertise in e-Commerce and Online/Digital Marketing.Exhibit proficiency in AEM development including components templates and workflows.Showcase experience in integrating AEM with other systems and platforms.Have a solid understanding of AEM architecture and performance optimization techniques.Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot AEM-related issues.Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.Stay abreast of the latest AEM trends and technologies.Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.Ensure adherence to security and data protection standards in all AEM implementations.
