Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience specializing in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role focuses on enhancing user experience services through innovative solutions and seamless integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOPS processes to ensure efficient deployment.Manage SFDC data to ensure accuracy and consistency across the platform.Implement SFDC Lightning components to enhance user interface and experience.Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and usability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Design and implement user-friendly solutions that improve overall user experience.Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in Salesforce development.Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance.Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOPS and SFDC Data management.Have hands-on experience with SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration.Show proficiency in SFDC Configuration and user experience services.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
