Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience specializing in SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Data SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce effectiveness. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively during day shifts and contribute to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.Utilize SFDC Lightning to enhance user interface and experience.Manage and maintain SFDC data to ensure accuracy and reliability.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Implement best practices for Salesforce development and customization.Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization.Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Data management and integration.Have hands-on experience with SFDC Lightning for user interface enhancements.Show proficiency in SFDC Integration with other systems.Exhibit strong knowledge of Salesforce effectiveness in a sales domain.Hold a relevant certification such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Work efficiently in a hybrid work model with day shifts.Be proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have a track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.Certifications Required
