Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Jenkins Scrum .NET ALM UAF Maven UFT and PL/SQL. Experience in the Provider domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the quality assurance process for various projects ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Jenkins Maven and UFT.Provide expertise in .NET and PL/SQL to support development and testing activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.Utilize ALM and UAF tools to manage and track testing activities and defects.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes are followed.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams to improve code quality.Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in quality engineering.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and performance.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the QA process.Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Jenkins Scrum .NET ALM UAF Maven UFT and PL/SQL.Have experience in the Provider domain which is a nice to have.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.Have a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.Be able to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.The Cognizant community:
