Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Planning and related tools along with a strong background in Finance and FP&A. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of various Oracle Planning functionalities and will contribute significantly to our financial planning and analysis processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of Oracle Planning Dashboards and Infolets to provide actionable insights.Oversee the implementation and management of Oracle Planning Valid Intersections to ensure data integrity.Provide expertise in Oracle Planning Navigation Flows to streamline user experience.Manage Oracle Planning Approval Units to facilitate efficient workflow approvals.Develop and maintain Oracle Planning Business Rules to automate and optimize planning processes.Administer Oracle Planning Data Exchange to ensure seamless data integration.Handle Oracle Planning Metadata Management to maintain accurate and up-to-date metadata.Utilize Oracle Planning Healthcare Plan to support healthcare-specific financial planning needs.Implement and manage Oracle ASO Reporting Cube for advanced reporting capabilities.Ensure robust Oracle Planning Security to protect sensitive financial data.Develop and maintain Oracle Freeform Planning to support custom planning requirements.Manage Oracle BSO Custom Cube for tailored business solutions.Create and maintain Oracle Planning Forms to facilitate user input and data collection.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and related tools.Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Planning Dashboards and Infolets.Show proficiency in Oracle Planning Valid Intersections and Navigation Flows.Have experience in managing Oracle Planning Approval Units and Business Rules.Be skilled in Oracle Planning Data Exchange and Metadata Management.Have a strong background in Finance and FP&A.Be familiar with Oracle Planning Healthcare Plan and ASO Reporting Cube.Demonstrate knowledge of Oracle Planning Security and Freeform Planning.Have experience with Oracle BSO Custom Cube and Planning Forms.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Be adaptable to a hybrid work model.Show commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Certifications Required
Oracle Certified Planning Professional (good to have)
