Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Functional Analysis with a strong background in the Cards and Payments domain. Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Oversee the analysis and design of functional requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.Provide technical expertise in the Cards and Payments domain to support project goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.Ensure the scalability and reliability of infrastructure systems to meet business needs.Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to guarantee performance and security.Monitor and maintain infrastructure to ensure optimal operation and quick resolution of issues.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver project updates.Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the delivery of robust and efficient infrastructure solutions.Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Must possess strong functional analysis skills.Should have a solid background in the Cards and Payments domain.Nice to have experience with hybrid work models.Should be able to work effectively in a day shift.Must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.Should have strong communication and documentation skills.Must be able to mentor and train junior team members.Should be proactive in identifying and addressing infrastructure issues.Must be able to provide accurate project estimates.The Cognizant community:
