Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java GCP Databases and GCP with a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and GCP technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Help maintain code quality organization and automation.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys competitive edge.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Java development.Have extensive knowledge of GCP Databases and GCP services.Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Possess a strong understanding of software development best practices.Exhibit ability to work effectively in a day shift.Show capability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.The Cognizant community:
