Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Automation and Payer domain expertise. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and optimization of our automation processes. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for automation projects.Design code test and deploy automation scripts and tools to enhance operational workflows.Monitor and maintain existing automation systems ensuring they function optimally and meet business needs.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation tools and processes.Provide technical guidance and support to team members on automation best practices.Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Document all automation processes including design specifications test plans and user manuals.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and integrate them into existing systems.Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for further automation and process improvements.Ensure that all automation projects are completed on time and within budget.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Maintain a high level of quality and performance in all automation deliverables.Qualifications
Possess a strong background in automation technologies and tools.Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation such as Python Java or similar.Have experience with automation frameworks and tools like Selenium Jenkins or similar.Display strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality.Show a proactive approach to learning and integrating new technologies.Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Have a proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects.Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Be adaptable and open to working in a hybrid model.Certifications Required
Certified Automation Professional (CAP) Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)
