Job Summary
L2 support for Trend Micro Storage Protect with expertise in Windows NetApp storage and security
Responsibilities
1. Monitor and respond to security threads utilizing a unified platform for detection.
2. Manage Server Protect for detecting and clean thread in real time on storages devices and servers.
3. Report and Deliver SLA reports.
4. Maintain the Trend Micro AV solution infrastructure including OS and updates.
5. Collaborate closely with the security team for alerts.
6. Storage management operation and concepts NAS: NetApp7. Monitor Storage for alerts and proactively fix issues.
8. Good knowledge on Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 and Unix OS
9. Experience with Service Now ITSM tool is preferred.
10. Deep understanding of file system and CIFS/NFS protocol to debug and analyse the problem
Qualification
1. Bachelors degree in computer science Information technology or a related field.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
3. Experience in IT security specification and Trend Micro products.
4. Familiarity with Threat detection methods
5. Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
Operations Support Requirement
1. 16 x 5 Offshore coverage for post launch BAU support
2. (Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM IST (11:00 PM EST) to 12:30 AM IST (3:00 PM EST next day) - 16 hours of coverage during APA Noon EU and US time zones
3. 24 x 7 on-call coverage for Critical and high incidents
