Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in AEM support engineer AEM system engineer AEM Frontend AEM Backend and AEM Authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires day shift work and does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to our projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of AEM-based applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Oversee the integration of AEM with other systems and platforms ensuring seamless data flow.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues ensuring minimal downtime.Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to develop and implement AEM components and templates.Develop and maintain AEM authoring tools ensuring ease of use for content creators.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AEM development.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.Participate in the design and architecture of AEM solutions ensuring scalability and maintainability.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Provide training and support to end-users on AEM authoring and publishing processes.Monitor and optimize the performance of AEM applications ensuring efficient use of resources.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Qualifications
Must have strong experience in AEM support engineer AEM system engineer AEM Frontend AEM Backend and AEM Authoring.Must have domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.Nice to have experience with hybrid work models and day shift schedules.Nice to have familiarity with industry standards and best practices in AEM development.The Cognizant community:
