Responsibilities

Provide support for ERP systems (SAP S/4, Fiori, HANA, BW, other SAP systems, and SaaS applications). Manage SAP users, security roles, and GRC 12 Access Control functions. Review and enhance SAP security roles and documentation. Set up and review SAP audit logging. Configure user provisioning and workflow approvals. Perform quarterly reviews of privileged access. Document provisioning, conflict management, and violation mitigation processes. Manage Firefighter access requests and audit logs. Participate in SAP upgrades and testing. Troubleshoot SAP security and access issues
