Works closely with other senior PMs (LinQuest, USG, and other companies as required) to share best practices, and ensure company program strategy is executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the face of the company to our customersLead the strategic and tactical initiatives on the assigned programManage the day-to-day operation of a programManage program resources to ensure program performance to contract expectationsManage key relationships with government program managementManage the evaluation of program performanceManage and guide sub-contractors to ensure contract performanceManage and implement innovation initiatives on programManage, administer, and evaluate programs, policies, and procedures in the required program areas. Manage issues, risks and opportunities, assisting team members in removing roadblocks and communication to management about issues that cannot be resolved.Manage the program schedule documenting detailed tasks for each functional area, responsibility for the task, begin and end dates, and percent completeDocument critical path and supervise weekly to ensure schedule is maintained, and document actions to recover programs that are behind trackPrepare for and report on program statuses at regular reviews presenting progress on any prior identified issuesWork Environment:

Required:
15+ years of experience in program/project management, engineering, or technical field; including at least 10 years working with the federal government (preferably DoD)10+ years of operational experience including relevant experience with autonomous systemsBachelor's degree, preferably in a technical fieldPMP Certification or equivalent experience A MUSTMinimum of 3 years’ experience managing software development projects.Proven experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning effortsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, including a matrixed environmentStrong business sense to identify and resolve problems, quickly and efficientlyExperience interacting with customers as the prime point of contactProven experience presenting to executive key team members and government stakeholdersAbility to guide and motivate team members and peersAbility to set priorities, resolve conflicts, and remove barriersProven analytic and problem-solving skillsProven demonstration of leadership competencies including influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and catalyzing resultsProven ability to embrace and implement change in a fast-paced, fast-growing organizationSecurity clearance is requiredKnowledge and ability to partner / work collaboratively with Enterprise Services functions (Finance, HR, Contracts, Legal, Procurement, etc.)Comfortable interacting with the customer's higher management to determine customer needs, technical direction, and strategyDesired:
