**Sr. Benefits Analyst Retirement**
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of GPI’s defined contribution, defined benefit, and non-qualified retirement programs. You will also coordinate plan compliance activities such as Form 5500 filings, plan audits, nondiscrimination testing, as well as coordinating with vendors in implementing plan changes and acquisitions.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Partner with plan recordkeepers, payroll, HR Technology, actuaries and others to ensure that all retirement plans are administered in accordance with plan documents and applicable regulations.
+ Lead plan administrative processes to include resolving plan indicative data errors and contribution file errors.
+ Ensure proper calculation / posting of plan funding, including annual match true-up, automatic and supplemental company contributions.
+ Coordinate and execute non-discrimination testing and plan audits.
+ Actively participate in efforts to harmonize retirement processes within payroll and HR systems. Ensure consistent processes and compliance with plan administration requirements.
+ Support the implementation of program changes and business acquisitions.
+ Coordinate compliance activities such as required notices, Form 5500 filings, PBGC premium payment, SARs, and AFNs.
+ Support the benefits team on special projects and strategic initiatives.
+ Oversee maintenance and distribution of plan documents, summary plan descriptions and SMMs.
+ Timely review and submit payments for retirement plan vendor invoices.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience in 401k plan, pension plan or general benefits administration. Large market benefits administration experience in a complex environment preferred.
+ Strong HR benefit knowledge across all types of retirement plans, including defined benefit pension plans.
+ Knowledge of federal regulations such as ERISA, PPA, IRC, PBGC, SEC and DOL requirements.
+ Expertise with HRIS/payroll systems.
+ Strong proficiency with 401k administration platforms, Fidelity experience preferred.
+ Experience coordinating plan audits and non-discrimination testing.
+ Excellent communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.
+ Experience resolving routine to complex benefits compliance issues.Strong case management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
+ Strong research, analytical, problem solving & project management skills with a focus on process improvements.
+ Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work on various projects.
+ Ability to influence others in a team environment and drive change with a flexible & adaptive mindset.
+ Strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
**Pay Range:** **$78,750.00** - **$105,000.00**
