Position Overview

QinetiQ US is looking for a Sr. Billing Analyst to join our team.

 

We are looking for a qualified candidate who wants to be part of a successful and growing Accounting group.  This individual will have a strong background in project setup, billing, and all aspects of accounts receivable.

Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include billing all contract types, CPFF, FP and T&MReview Contract Action Brief along with contract award and mod’sWork with PM’s to establish appropriate work break down structure for new contractsUpdate CostPoint with all contract modificationsContract SetupIdentify cash receiptsReconcile Unbilled on a monthly basisContact customers regarding outstanding AR weeklyPrepare final closeout vouchers for all contract typesInterface with external auditors for year-end auditAssist with special projects as necessary Required Qualifications Accounting degree or equivalent work experienceGovernment contracting experience7 plus years government billing experienceCostPoint experienceCostPoint Project Module and Accounts Receivable Module experienceMicrosoft Excel knowledgeGood communication skillsWork independentlyStrong technical, analytical and problem solving skillsU.S. Citizenship is required Company EEO Statement
