Your role involves optimizing workflow, managing personnel, overseeing machinery repairs, and ensuring the efficient use of facilities. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Lead and influence a manufacturing network of 10 facilities specifically focusing on the Blow Molding Operations + Manage both the development and execution preventive maintenance (PM) processes to support a standardized network forces on increasing operational reliability + Manage CAPEX process to support the network Blow Molding operations + Spearhead recommendations for capital improvements within the plant, aiming for enhanced safety conditions, improved product quality, increased efficiency, and reduced operational costs + Orchestrate the blow mold operation, ensuring seamless workflow and optimizing the utilization of personnel, skills, machines, and facilities; direct and expedite machine repairs while addressing any hindrances to production procedures + Take ownership of the maintenance, repair, installation, and enhancement of both blow mold and downstream machinery and support systems for the network + Lead the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of low and high voltage [single/3 phase] industrial electrical and control systems for blow mold equipment + Oversee all facets of network performance, including staffing, training, RM spend, and long-term strategic planning + Utilize troubleshooting skills to address equipment issues and provides technical expertise for necessary repairs + Manage network mold and machine status and determining which assets require maintenance, contributing to the proactive upkeep of equipment + Develop or refine standard operational and working practices, ensuring strict compliance with established standards + Resolve operational, manufacturing, and delivery problems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency **What You’ll Bring** + High school diploma or GED required; Two-year technical degree or bachelor's degree preferred + 4 or more years of blow molding experience + 8 or more years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment + Previous experience managing multiple sites strongly preferred + Demonstrates the ability to react swiftly to plant operational problems, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and effective leadership abilities + 80% travel required **What You Will Get** KIK offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
