Sr. Brand Manager (CONTRACT ROLE)

**CONTRACT ROLE SEPTEMBER 2024-OCTOBER 2025**

Purpose: Pizza Hut Canada is seeking a visionary Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Are you a curious, bold thinker with a passion for brand building? If so, you'll play a pivotal role in driving key marketing strategies, partnering closely with our franchisees. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborating with our Digital and Technology Teams, you'll lead the charge in shaping the future of our brand.

Core Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

Oversee the strategic development and execution of national marketing promotions, translating the marketing vision into specific projects through the development of business cases and financial strategies. Conduct/review market and consumer research to gather insights, develop promotion recommendations, and explore various methods to engage target markets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies to manage our marketing calendar and initiatives across multiple channels, including food innovations and promotions, for TV, social media, digital, in-store POP, CRM and direct mail. Proactively identify brand opportunities and challenges, analyzing financial performance, pulling data and deriving insights to generate innovative ideas and drive sales growth. Manage vendor selection, relationships and budgets.  Take full responsibility for assignments, and their performance with financial reviews, optimizing planning before launch and assessing campaign performance afterward. Develop and execute consumer communications to reinforce our national promotions, ensuring flawless execution with attention to detail and urgency. Foster strong relationships with franchisees and cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance), seeking their support and input into marketing initiatives. Lead by example as a proactive team leader, promptly addressing marketing issues from cross-functional teams and franchisees. Adapt to changing priorities and workload by embracing flexibility and taking on diverse projects and roles as necessary to meet business needs.

 Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, with 7-10+ years of experience in Marketing and/or advertising with a leading QSR, retailer or packaged goods organization, or equivalent.  +3 years of managerial experience. Leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse groups of operators, franchisees, and senior management through influence and persuasion. Agile, high-energy level, and a drive for results attitude that flourishes in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them in both financial and marketing contexts. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Customer Maniac!

Salary Range: $117,400 – $155,000 annually. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
