Recruiter: Eisen Hardy - 614/551/9192 - 'ehardy@actalentservices.com'Candidates may be located anywhere in the state of Ohio. ResponsibilitiesDevelop advanced engineering designs and technical data with precision and completeness.Review and ensure conformity and quality assurance of complete project documents.Implement new and improved techniques and processes for engineering plan design.Analyze and interpret data, formulate and solve problems.Prepare or review scopes of work and budgets, and schedule assignments.Offer guidance and direction to engineers, technicians, and administrative staff on project tasks and objectives.Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work.Work within AutoCAD Civil 3D and alongside the design team managers to successfully complete projects within established budgets and deadlines.Perform field investigations/ site visits as needed.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering is required.7+ years experience in Bridge Engineering is required.MicroStation and OpenRoads experience.Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.Civil 3D experience is a plus.Registered as a PE is preferred.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $128000.00 - $160000.00
