Airgas, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Workday to work in Radnor, PA (may telecommute) to complete the job duties below. 
Work on the implementation and support of the Airgas HRIS (Workday) process area solutions. Analyze, design, test and implement systems, which will enable Airgas to achieve its goals and objectives. Work on the technical development and maintenance of Human Resources functionality, including Core HRIS, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Payroll processing, Time & Attendance, HR Portal maintenance, Case management & decision support, and Dashboard reporting support.

Develop systems analysis and design, as well as Workday configuration. Participate in design sessions and solutioning workshops, as well as small projects and enhancements. Work on business process analysis, documentation, and presentation. Identify gaps and work with technical team in developing functional specifications. Test and evaluate new HR computer system functionality and provide production support of existing HR computer system functionality. Support the deployment of new applications and provide post-production support related to the custom system enhancements and integration points. Interact with users and business process owners from various functional areas, translate end-user requirements into detailed specifications, interact with technical resources to define technical requirements, and re-engineer business processes, as needed. Collaborate with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g., string, integration, performance, user acceptance), develop complete functional requirements specification, including business impact and ROI; and coordinate and assist in development and execution of system conversions. Develop procedures, processes and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process or end-state deliverable.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Management information systems, computer science, and/or business, or related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years of experience in Information Technology systems analysis function, working with end-users to translate business requirements into systems specifications with at least two (2) full life cycle SAP Implementations.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: May telecommute.
