This BA role sits with the AVS Central Program team, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and driving consistency and efficient execution of the program vision and goals. We're looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to be a key part of this critical mission. We work backwards from Amazon’s vendors, using robust mechanisms to collect vendor feedback and find ways to improve the AVS value proposition. We innovate on behalf of vendors by piloting and launching new service tiers, offering better data and insights, increasing speed-of-support, and partnering across teams to build new unique-to-AVS programs. AVS Central also builds and manages best practices for our AVS Customer Success (CSM) teams, ensuring each vendor is receiving consistent, industry leading service. In addition to innovating on behalf of enrolled vendors, AVS Central works to improve program efficiency – partnering across teams to streamline processes and deliver automation, allowing us to provide a higher level of service with less manual effort. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience with Excel - Experience with SQL - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - MBA Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
