Description We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving successful IT projects by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. Requirements + 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. + Proven experience working on IT projects such as software development. Experience with digital projects preferred. + Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). + Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI. + Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). + Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. + Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
