The Role:
Cognizant is looking for an expert and innovative Sr. Business Analyst with Biovia ELN to serve our diverse base of global clients. We are seeking a candidate with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Biovia Pipeline Pilot and Biovia ELN with a strong background in pre-clinical operations. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive successful project outcomes. The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our services and technologies.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements for pre-clinical operations projects. Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. Utilize Biovia Pipeline Pilot to develop and optimize data workflows. Implement and manage Biovia ELN to streamline laboratory processes. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Biovia applications. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement. Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements specifications and user manuals. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry guidelines in pre-clinical operations. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Mentor and guide junior analysts to enhance team capabilities. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.Qualifications:
Possess a solid understanding of Biovia Pipeline Pilot and its applications in pre-clinical operations. Demonstrate expertise in Biovia ELN and its implementation in laboratory environments. Have a solid background in pre-clinical operations and regulatory requirements. Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Show proficiency in project management and documentation. Display good communication and teamwork abilities. Have experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder meetings. Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Have a proven track record of successful project delivery. Be committed to continuous learning and professional development. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Biovia Pipeline Pilot Certification Biovia ELN Certification.Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary depends on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
