We have an immediate opportunity for a qualifiedBusiness Project Analystwith our Gateway Leadership Team at our CVG Gateway Facility. AsaSr.Business Project Analystyou will have the opportunity to engage with senior leadership and internal subject matter experts to assist with automation and process improvement implementation. You will learn DHL Clearance processes and be able to interpret and apply fact based analysis to daily operations, work in a fast pace environment, and further develop your technical skills while facilitating process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

·Support the Formal Entry Process Improvement Project

\n

·Manage multiple process improvement initiatives within the Clearance operation

\n

·Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for clearance processes

\n

·Create additional flexible and user friendly reporting and tools as the business need arises

\n

·Support ABI software Rollout, UAT Testing and other RPA innovation

\n

·Provide general operational support as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

\n\nExperienced Professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field\nRequires BS/BA in related discipline and 5-7 years of experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 5-7 years of experience in related field\nProfessional certification required in some areas\nIndividual must have the ability to perform to a high standard\nAbility to interface and drive results with management at all levels\nStrong computer based skills using programs such as Microsoft Office, SQL and other DHL proprietary systems\n\n
