We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years experience in Business Analysis and Planning specifically within gathering requirements for the Data lake development in the Utilities domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role involves analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that align with our company's objectives.

Responsibilities Candidate should have a good knowledge on Datawarehouse basics. Having exposure to AWS Data lake services and Data Analysis (SQL basics) is a plus. This project is majorly on the source systems getting migrated from Mainframe to SAP which is impacting all the source applications and their design. This resource will be working hand in hand with all the source applications and understand the new requirements. Work with various business units and applications to understand data requirements for the data lake Communicate business requirements to technical teams, so they can develop relevant solutions Draft and track the requirements in Jira stories and epics Assist with the data modeling and data mapping activities for the new tables based on the new SAP ISU model in the source systems Documentation of the data requirements and mapping docs Experience in Agile methodology Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $64,000- $95,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
