The
**Business Development Executive (BDE)** role is an experienced, aggressive
sales professional; the main responsibility includes sourcing and selling new
business for Sogeti, part of Capgemini. You will cultivate and grow
partnerships with clients to support them in advancing their programs. You will
work cross-functionally with stakeholders and negotiate with clients to drive
projects forward leveraging our services.
Candidates
must be located in the Washington (Greater Seattle/ East side) area and be
willing to work onsite at the client-s offices in and around Bellevue, Redmond,
Seattle, Everett etc.
**Job Description:**
+ Expand Sogeti's portfolio ofsolutions and professional services within the West Division, focusing onone of our key clients based in Greater Seattle region.
+ Strategize, plan, and executebusiness development and solution sales.
+ Originate and qualify leads viacold-calling, networking, social media, events and/or other sources anddevelop relationships with C level executives within targeted accounts.
+ Engage with Sogeti's Technologyleaders and solutions experts to deliver cutting edge solutions toclients.
+ Maintain and grow clientrelationships.
+ Induce solutions and ideas to helpclients improve their business performance.
+ Work in an entrepreneurialenvironment with a high level of senior management access.
+ Network and build relationshipsinternally and externally with Sogeti consultants and clients.
**Key Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years- experience in businessdevelopment roles selling IT solutions and services
+ A strong local network of clients inthe local geography
+ Experience with the consultativesales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients and conveyingROI and TCO concepts to CXO level management
+ Good understanding of targetedindustry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technologyspend
+ A well-documented track record ofachieving annual sales quotas of $10MM+ ($20MM preferred)
+ Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills and outstanding presentation skills
+ Experience with Sales pipelinereporting, forecasting and related CRM tools
+ Ability to work in a globalorganizational and service delivery environment
+ Demonstrated commitment to stayabreast of industry trends and technical advancements within the industrysectors and enterprise markets
+ Ability to work in a fast paced,competitive sales culture
+ High level of personal andprofessional integrity
