Sr. Business Development Manager, Amazon
The PC team at Amazon is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to own the strategy, executive engagement, and management of key partners in the Consumer Electronics space. This individual will be responsible for building relationships and engaging closely with senior leaders at top brands to develop end-to-end product life cycle strategies and will own launch and Go-To-Market roadmaps and Retail Marketing/brand awareness activations. This individual will also serve as the liaison between brands and internal stakeholders for broad cross-Amazon initiatives and will be responsible for driving executive level visibility and engagement.

This individual must possess strong business judgement to be right a lot and an ability to earn trust to ensure we meet internal targets for topline and profitability, unlock selection for customers, and drive engagement with brands through growth and strong visibility across the Amazon Store. Success in this role requires the BDM to build strong internal cross-functional relationships and drive thought leadership/decision-making across the various organizations.


Key job responsibilities
Work across multiple internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a clear strategy for ingredient vendor supported products.

Formulate and execute significantly complex negotiation strategies and long-term business plans with C-Level external stakeholders and internal executive stakeholders.

Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams to gain buy-in and deliver programs.

Independently and proactively identifying opportunities to simplify or automate tasks, tools, or systems to allow for cross-org decision making at scale.

Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior leadership, updating on business performance and new opportunities, as well as provide benchmarking data and insights.

Address barriers through problem solving, communication, and active coordination with stakeholders.

Work within time constraints to meet business critical needs (often managing multiple, time-sensitive and high priority initiatives simultaneously), while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.
