This role will be responsible for enhancing our product portfolio to better serve owners of our vehicles. Products include Extended Service Contracts, Telematic products and other predictive offerings that help increase customer efficiency and drive customer brand loyalty.
Responsibilities Manages the development of strategic market/product line business plans to enhance or distinguish product placementOversees market research and monitors competitive activity to identify business opportunities and address customer needsIdentifies strategic customers or partnersEstablishes pricing strategiesCommunicate VOC (voice of the customer) and VOD (voice of dealer) for product improvements and competitive positioningLeverage feedback from customers to develop aftersales solutions that will help optimize their total cost of ownershipWork cross functionally to ensure organizational alignment with all business plans to develop new products or enhance existing product linesMay be assigned to work on one or many strategic initiatives to positively transform the customer experience Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 15 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, finance or joint venture experienceAt least 2 years of lead experienceOR
