We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Sr. Business Enablement Specialist to join our team:

· Location: Heredia, Costa Rica.

· Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

· Work model: Hybrid.

· Contract Type: Indefinite-term

Key Responsibilities: 

Business Enablement:  

Provide comprehensive, proactive support to executives, leadership teams and stakeholders, implementing business enablement methodologies and assisting in the execution of business plans that align with organizational goals.  

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that address them, including the development of standardized tools, templates, and best practices to increase operational consistency and compliance. 

Coordinate and prepare materials for client meetings, presentations and reports, ensuring accuracy, timely distribution and effective communication.  

Track key projects and deliverable milestones, facilitating communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring success. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive effective collaboration and customer satisfaction.  

Share knowledge and expertise with other Business Enablement Specialists to drive standardization and continuous improvement. 

Communications:  

Deliver insightful, visually-appealing presentations and reports, showcasing data-driven, actionable insights when appropriate, to inform strategic decision-making. 

Partner with the marketing and communication team to develop materials and strategies.  

Manage sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism. 

Document Control:  

Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories and resources. 

Conduct regular audits of documents, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), dashboards, group aliases, etc. ensuring accuracy and timely updates. 

KPI Deliverables Execution:  

Share best practices for formatting and presenting data in reports to maximize reader engagement. 

Utilize dashboards, analytics or CMMS tools to develop and package reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) and other success metrics for scoring.  

Extract insights from data results/scores to drive actionable changes for mitigation or continuous improvement. 

Process Optimization: 

Assist in the development of dashboards, business processes, workflows and SOPs to improve operational efficiency. 

Leverage existing data analytics, reporting tools and customer feedback to track progress, measure impact, and identify areas for further optimization.

Culture:  

Assist with onboarding new executives, employee engagement initiatives, newsletters and all hands meetings, as needed. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field preferred. 

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or business support role, ideally within real estate or professional services. 

Superior organizational skills with exceptional ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. 

Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks. 

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Graphic design and Adobe Illustrator skills preferred. 

Excellent written and verbal communication, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels. 

Proactive and solution-oriented approach, anticipating needs and taking initiative. 

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions. 

Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. 

Project coordination experience and knowledge of project management methodologies preferred. 

Familiarity with the real estate industry and understanding of business operations. 

Understanding of financial management and budgeting concepts is a plus.
