As Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you will advance our people analytics function, ensuring that we have the tools, capabilities and insights needed to make data-driven decisions. This role will be a thought leader to drive application and adoption of emerging AI-powered analytics tools and for building a foundation of integrated data to enable AI driven employee experiences.
Sr. Business Intelligence Manager - People Analytics (This is an Individual Contributor role)
The Impact You Will Have
Develop a data strategy and roadmap for People Analytics, aligned with organisational objectives Be a "trusted advisor" to the leadership team using analytics to lead insights. Understand challenges and develop appropriate analytics solutions to address them Demonstrate the ability to tell a story through data and with senior leadership and other main stakeholders Develop and implement advanced analytics models to extract actionable insights, inform long-term objectives, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives Stay at the forefront of the latest trends in people analytics, championing the adoption of innovative tools and techniques like Lakehouse and AI Advance and grow our People Analytics capability, including management and delivery of data, data governance, and product ownership of analytics
What We Look For
10+ years of experience in data and analytics Experienced in working with modern data warehouses Data leader with a background in delivering business insights. Strong capabilities in data visualization Strong knowledge of SQL Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights Ability to work well through ambiguityAbout Databricks
