Mission: Support Asia Pacific Strategic Sourcing federal procurement missions

Role Highlights:

Procure IT hardware, maintenance/support materials, data, goods/services, and componentsNegotiate favorable prices and terms for higher complexity procurementsAdminister purchase orders, maintain files, and manage supplier relationshipsCreate solicitations, support proposals, and conduct price/cost analysisComplete high-risk procurements and complex supplier negotiationsConfer with suppliers to determine cost-effective solutionsRecommend procurement process improvementsMentor and support peers

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience (additional relevant experience, training, or certification may be accepted in lieu of a degree)Familiarity with Federal Acquisition RegulationsExperience buying tangible goodsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

CostPoint experienceTerms and Conditions negotiation experienceStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service mentalityAbility to multi-task with strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Pay Range:Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
