Key Responsibilities:

Lead Site Supplier Performance and Relationships

Own procurement process for designated areas and accountsNegotiate with suppliers to meet business needs and support site auditsSupport capital budgeting and cash flow management, and the execution of Global Procurement strategies

Implement cost savings and process improvement programsRecommend resource levels across procurement sourcing categories, projects and functions

Implement processes to monitor performance with key suppliersAnalyze sourcing trends and make recommendationsParticipate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal setting

Apply should-cost models for assigned categoriesIdentify and evaluate category-specific savings/revenue leversDrive category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targetsProvide market intelligence and category price trendsLead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals, renegotiation of prices, transfers, etc.

Lead sourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiationIncorporate savings targets and contract requirementsDevelop sourcing strategy and drive sourcing events for construction and design. This includes RFQ or RFP, negotiations with bidders, and bid awards with DA.

Business PartneringEngage in cross-functional collaborationDevelop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categoriesDrive a customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Procurement

Claim ResolutionCoordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.Monitor the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure the best quality at the best value.Recommend cost-saving proposals, including make vs. buy analysis, alternative sourcing, and vendor evaluation criteria.

You are:Experienced in category management and construction procurement, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry

Demonstrate experience in strategic sourcing8+ years of experience in Construction Procurement, Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, Preconstruction Services, Budgeting and/or Cost control.Proficient in written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, Supply Chain, or similar relevant field.
